One of the darkest of dahlias, producing fully double deep reddish blooms, Karma Choc is a breathtaking sight among its dark bronze leaves. Adding to the visual splendor, they bloom in masses, their dark velvety petals, a lighter maroon shade as they mature with an almost black heart at the center. These comparatively shorter plants can be a striking addition to garden borders or container gardens. And they do have a chocolate scent that I love!
